Our Services

Empowering Inspectors with Comprehensive Solutions

Inspector Sponsorship

If you are an Apprentice Inspector in Texas or planning to become an Apprentice Inspector with designs on achieving the next level of Real Estate inspector, the biggest challenge is fulfilling the following prerequisites:

Mold inspection and testing

During your inspection, did you observe a substance you think may be mold or water damage? Did you observe a pungent odor? Does the client think there may be mold present?

Inspector Ride-a-long

The IRC Inspector Ride-a-Long Program is for licensed inspectors. We offer this program because inspector licensing is not a substitute for experience.
During the ride-a-long program, you will have the opportunity to have one of our experienced home inspectors shadow you as you conduct an actual inspection. You will gain firsthand knowledge of what to look for, how to identify potential issues, and what goes into creating a comprehensive inspection report.

Inspector Shadow Program

Job shadowing is a short-term career exploration experience that enables inspectors to learn more about their chosen profession by observing an experienced Professional Inspector and experiencing the day-to-day activities of the job. This program gives the inspector the chance to see what it’s actually like working as a real estate inspector, learn about the various job responsibilities and get valuable insights into the industry.
